Surviving the Holidays

Holidays can be a time when the difficult emotions of grief hit even harder and this single session is designed to help participants prepare themselves. View a holiday-themed video with practical tips and take part in a facilitated group discussion.

Each participant receives a Holiday Survival Workbook for their use.
Anyone grieving the death of a loved one is welcome to attend.
